1Eligibility

Access to k7777 and the ability to open an account and place bets is subject to the following eligibility requirements. k7777 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

2Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one active account on k7777. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same phone number, same name, same device, or same IP address — are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts. k7777 requires players to complete KYC verification before processing any first withdrawal.

Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. k7777 will never request your password via SMS, email, or live chat. Any message asking for your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to support immediately.
Two-Factor Authentication
k7777 offers SMS OTP two-factor authentication. Enabling 2FA is strongly recommended. k7777 accepts no liability for account access obtained by third parties when 2FA has not been enabled by the account holder.
KYC Verification
Players must complete identity verification by submitting a valid national ID before their first withdrawal request is processed. k7777 may request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes. Players are responsible for keeping their contact details, including their registered phone number, up to date. k7777 cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from failure to receive SMS notifications due to an outdated phone number.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on k7777 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). k7777 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals via supported local payment methods. Players are advised to check whether their payment provider applies any charges on their end.

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the player's account.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
  • Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. k7777 may request confirmation that the withdrawal account belongs to the registered account holder.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time is same-business-day for verified accounts. Unverified accounts may experience delays pending KYC completion.
  • k7777 may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed in the account withdrawal section and are subject to change with notice.
  • k7777 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal while an account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Players will be informed of any hold and its reason within a reasonable timeframe.

4Bonuses and Promotions

k7777 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified in each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
Bonus Eligibility
Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts will be treated as bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
Bonus Forfeiture
k7777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, free spin, or promotional credit from a player's account if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing opposing bets, exploiting errors, or using automated betting software.
Maximum Bonus Withdrawal
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus winnings is ৳20,000 per bonus campaign. Winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the account balance at the time of withdrawal.

5Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on k7777 are subject to the platform's general betting rules as well as the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. Players are responsible for reviewing the applicable rules before placing any bet. The following general principles apply to all products on the platform.

  • All bets are final once confirmed. k7777 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been accepted by the system.
  • In the event of a technical error during a live casino round or sports event, k7777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
  • Odds displayed on the platform at the time of bet placement are the odds applicable to that bet. Subsequent changes to odds do not affect already confirmed bets.
  • For live casino games, results are determined by the game provider's certified RNG or physical dealing processes. k7777 does not intervene in or influence game outcomes.
  • k7777 reserves the right to limit stake sizes, payout amounts, or the number of concurrent bets on any account, market, or event at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Winnings from sports bets are calculated based on the confirmed odds at the time of bet placement multiplied by the stake, minus any applicable deductions. Winnings from casino games and slots are calculated according to the game provider's published RTP and payout tables.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on k7777. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the platform. k7777 may also report suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities.

  • Opening or operating more than one player account, whether under the same or different personal details.
  • Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
  • Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
  • Colluding with other players, including sharing information in live casino games or coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes.
  • Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraudulent activity, or the proceeds of criminal conduct.
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing k7777 staff or other players via any communication channel including live chat and support emails.

7Account Suspension and Termination

k7777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at its discretion. The following provisions govern how suspension and termination are handled.

Suspension
An account may be suspended temporarily where k7777 requires additional information from the player, where suspicious activity has been detected, or where a responsible gaming restriction has been applied. During suspension the player may not place bets or make withdrawals. Suspended accounts that are subsequently cleared will have full access restored.
Termination
Accounts found to have violated these Terms — including through fraud, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct, or providing false registration details — may be permanently closed. Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be refunded to the player's registered payment method.

8Intellectual Property

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k7777 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss. These exclusions apply whether liability arises under contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.

  • Any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the platform, whether direct or indirect.
  • Any loss or damage arising from interruptions to the platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or factors beyond k7777's reasonable control including network outages and third-party service failures.
  • Any loss arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised account access.
  • Any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind, even if k7777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits k7777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. In all other cases, k7777's aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10Responsible Gaming

12Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account before the effective date of the change. Closing your account after receiving a material amendment notification will not result in forfeiture of any verified real-money balance.

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising between a player and k7777 that cannot be resolved informally through our support channels shall be referred to binding arbitration. Players agree to attempt good-faith resolution via k7777's support team before initiating any formal dispute process.
